The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the friendly front desk staff to the attentive housekeeping and spa staff, everyone was so helpful and welcoming. The Lotus Café staff, especially Oneill, Priyanka, and Roshni, provided exceptional service, and the room service staff took great care of us. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a delicious and well-balanced breakfast and dinner spread. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and top-notch toiletries. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with ponds, lawns, and statues creating a serene ambiance. The ocean-facing rooms provided breathtaking views, especially during sunset.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right by the beach and in a prime area of the city. The staff, especially Neha Executive Guest Relations Manager and her team, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The Lotus Cafe and the Executive lounge, where I had access, provided exceptional service and delicious food. Additionally, the breakfast spread was fantastic. the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.

The hotel's location, right on Juhu beach, was perfect for morning walks along the beautiful coastline. The breakfast buffet was simply spectacular, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and the fantastic facilities available, including a long pool for morning laps. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
